Byards Hiking. Kind of an oxymoron. Strap one baby on the back, one on the front, and get ready to stop every ten steps so your five year old can pick up another pine cone...
We did have a great time for 1 1/2 miles of a 2 mile hike...saw a really cool old cabin and some natural springs...had some delicious PB & J to keep us going...saw two hilarious families with a scowling teenager following 100 feet behind the pack. So glad to have these babies! Perspective.
Vacation is good. Nourishing my soul. Besides the awesome hike, this house has a shower with two shower heads in the same shower and I've gotten to shave my legs two days in a row...heaven.

Major five year old melt down! Took us about 45 minutes to get him to the end...one long step at a time...memories!
