You only turn 60 once in your life, so we took my Mom to Napa Valley to celebrate hers. Her two best girlfriends since kindergarten, my sister and I suprised her at the airport. What fun! She screamed so loud, they almost called security. I can't believe none of us blew it beforehand. Here's the weekend re-cap...
Food, food and more delicious food. All weekend, every meal got better and better...this was our first meal, delicious chicken piccata, creamy fettucine alfredo, field greens salad & pinot.

Adorable musician at the Bella Winery...played an instrumental "Happy Birthday" as we came in, due to my moms "crown" that she wore every second of the weekend...

Dinner & the most delicious desserts at Ravenous in Healdsburg. Crab Cakes, Butternut squash soup, beet salad, Cod with grilled vegetables & cous cous...for dessert, creme brulee, banana creme torte, and chocolate strawberry shortcake. Every bite better than the last. Happy 60th mom...you're the best!

Without a doubt the best birthday ever!!! Couldn't believe that you kept a secret so long.. I must recommend wearing a crown on your birthday if you feel you need the attention, it was a blast!!!Thank you, thank you, thank you to the two best daughters ever, having given me 5 wonderful grandchildren would have been enough but I REALLY loved my week-end!!!!!!!
