Wine Picks

Going with a French classic this week. At least I hear it's classic, but it's new to me. Mouton Cadet's 2007 Bordeaux is Merlot (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Cabernet Franc (15%). I tasted the Cabernets more than the Merlot in the beginning, but the finish was definitely more Merlot. 


We had this with a Sun-dried tomato pasta, caesar salad and rosemary bread. Found it on sale at Von's for 8.
