I don't buy books new very often, but here's one I'm going to make an exception for. My Formerly Hot Life delves into the world that no one warns you about. (or maybe they did, but I definitely wasn't listening!) How it feels to be somewhere in the middle between "young" and "old" as a woman.
Now, I'm not talking about a full blown mid-life crisis. But more about the feelings you start to have as you push 40. I'm right there and excited to read her take on the matter. Here's an interesting and honest interview with Stephanie.
