I'm possibly the only person in the continental U.S. asking for an ebelskiver pan for Christmas. These delicious puffs of melted butter, flour & jam should be eaten every day for the rest of your life. Topped with powdered sugar, of course.
My mom used to make a version of these when we were little, and I'm planning to carry on the tradition with my kids. Thanks Norway.
