Nectarine Cobbler

One of my favorite things about camp is the nighttime feeding frenzies. By week 2 of camp the dining hall food is getting old so that equals the munchies by 9pm.

Last night we went had the natural combination of homemade guacamole (never gets old) and this Nectarine Cobbler. Got rave reviews, especially the cobbler part. (The cobbler part always wins over the fruit part) This recipe has buttermilk in the cobbler, which I thought made it especially 'licious (as Bear says). I think I'll try adding some raspberries in with the nectarines next time.

Make it. Tell me what you think. Have a nice day.
