One of the challenges I came away with from my time with Elizabeth Irvine was to be "mindful" about my actions. The opposite of multi-tasking. Do just the activity you're doing, nothing else. I'm trying it with driving. It's amazing what I've noticed around town when I'm not texting, eating, singing along to the radio, putting on lipstick, etc. Including these beautiful murals, artistic signs and wonderful old buildings. (get it, WONDER-ful)
